RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please review all product details and the size guide carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item, wrong size sent, or wrong design), please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To submit a request, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.


Print-on-Demand Notice

All items are made to order. Because of this:

  • Slight variations in print placement, color, or sizing may occur
  • These minor differences are not considered defects

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor variations in print or color
  • Shipping delays outside of our control

Claims & Approval

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
